اعتذار

تعتذر هيأة إرادة المرأة ومركزها بغداد عن تأخرها بتزويد الموقع ببياناتها ومواقفها حول شؤون المرأة والوطن لأكثر من شهرين وذلك للأسباب نفسها التي تعطل الحياة في العاصمة الحبيبة بغداد، والتي تعيش أياما وليال حالكات بفعل تماهي قوات الاحتلال والأتباع في إحالة أهم عواصم الدنيا وأكثرها عراقة إلى مدينة أشباح، ورغم إن أيام الاحتلال كلها سوءات، ورغم أن اليوم العراقي ينتقل من السيئ إلى الأسوأ منذ أربع سنوات ،إلا إن الجحيم قد حضر بذاته إلى مدن العراق وإحيائه وحواريه لا سيما بغداد، بفعل الخطط الأمنية المتلاحقة، والواضح أنها ترمي إلى تطبيق مبدأ الإزاحة والحلول فيها، إذا يتم تفريغها من أهلها، والعبث بخارطتها السكانية وتهجير مواطنيها وقتل شبابها الذي تصادف (عن نيّة مبيتة) انه الشباب العربي المسلم في أي ركن قتل فيه أو أي بيت هجرّ منه، أو أي مكان اختطف بعيداً عنه ثم رمي بجثته المشوهة إلى قارعات الطرق والمزابل.

أن سعياً حثيثاً يجري لإعادة رسم الخارطة الاقتصادية والسكانية لبغداد بما يتلاءم ويتماهى مع المشروع الأمريكي وأسبابه في احتلال العراق على قاعدة اقتصاد السوق وبأداء الفوضى المدمرة.

وقد طال الأذى حركة الإنسان العراقي في بغداد حيثما اتجه، وطال هيأتنا بالوتيرة ذاتها.

في بغداد الموت يعطل الحياة والإرهاب والتخويف يعطلان حركة المجتمع وحراكه، وانقطاع الكهرباء وغياب منافذ الطاقة يعطلان مراكز الانترنت والمواقع الفردية.

كل ذلك يجري برعاية قوات الاحتلال ودعمها لصناع الموت والدمار والفوضى. فأعذرونا ونحن نبحث عن وسائل جديدة للحراك

المطالبة بإطلاق سراح كلشان البياتي

في أول احتفالية لرابطة الصحفيات العراقيات بالرائدات

أقامت رابطة الصحفيات المنبثقة من نقابة الصحفيين العراقيين ندوتها الأولى حول " الصحفية العراقية الواقع والطموح" في الثاني عشر من تشرين الأول بمقر النقابة في بغداد، وقد رعت وزيرة الدولة لشؤون المرأة الندوة التي تحولت إلى حفل تكريم الإعلاميات الرائدات وقد سبقتهن إلى التكريم الوزيرة نفسها حيث كان نقيب الصحفيين السيد شهاب التميمي متحمساً جداً لتكريمها,.

وفي نهاية حفل التكريم ألقت هناء إبراهيم إحدى مؤسسات الرابطة كلمة تطالب فيها بإطلاق سراح كلشان البياتي العضو العامل في النقابة وعضوة اتحاد الصحفيين العرب والمعتقلة منذ 11 أيلول الماضي لدى الشرطة العراقية في تكريت وقد جاء في الكلمة :

السلام عليكم أيها الحضور الكريم

في البدء علينا أن نقر أن لا تكريم للإعلامي إلا بإزالة الاحتلال.

وفي البدء (أمون) على نقابتي ورابطة الصحفيات فيها وأنا واحدة من المؤسسات في توجيه اللوم، إذ علينا أن نختار بين حرية النقابة و حرفيتها ومهنيتها وبين البحث عن راعي " حكومي" ، ومهنياً علينا أن نرعى ذاتنا بذاتنا، يكفينا رعاية حكومية هي ثمن التبعية وثمن لأجندات أخرى، ليست للرابطة مصلحة فيها إلا اللهما أذا ارتهنت بثمن هذه الرعاية.

إذن، لماذا تفتتح الرابطة أعمالها برعاية وزيرة الدولة لشؤون المرأة، وقد تتغير أجندة هذه الوزارة عند أي تغيير طارئ تفرضه أحوال البلاد المتأزمة، وكم من وزارة سترعانا وكم من أجندة سنخدم مصالحها؟ فهل هذا مسارنا المهني؟

وفي البدء أيضا، كان من المثير أن يفتتح النقيب أول أعمال الرابطة بكلمة يشرح فيها لماذا تأسست رابطة الصحفيات العراقيات في النقابة وما هي أهدافها ومطالبها دون أن يترك المفتتح للرابطة نفسها ولرئيستها تحديداً ولو من باب اللياقة الشكلية على الأقل!!

وفي البدء أتساءل مرة أخرى لماذا تفتتح الجلسة أعمالها بتكريم وزيرة الدولة لشؤون المرأة ونحن في حفل تكريم الإعلاميات الرائدات ...؟

لماذا هذا اللهاث وراء المجاملة والرعاية فإما أن تشكل الرابطة حالة مهنية حرة مستقلة وإما أن نغادرها، قبل أن تصبح رهينة مصالح الحكومات، والوزارات، والرعاة، هذه نصيحتي إليكن أيتها الزميلات . ثم اسمحوا لي ألان أن أخوض في أسباب الكلمة التي آليت على نفسي أن القيها في يوم تكريمنا :

عندما تكرم إحدانا في زمن الاحتلال هذا، علينا أن نتذكر وننتبه إن صحافية مثلنا ، بل هي إحدانا تقبع في إحدى المعتقلات الموصدة في وجوه ممثلي حقوق الإنسان وحرية التعبير والرأي، بل تسكت عنها منظمات حقوق المرأة التي يتجاوز عددها عدد الشعر في الرؤوس.

في مفتتح القرن الواحد والعشرين وفي عرس الثورة الرقمية التي أزفت لنا شعارات الحرية والديمقراطية غزت الهمجية العراق، وهاهي بغداد المستباحة في امتداد النظر تدير رأسها –عنا- غير مصدقة إننا من أنجبت ...

بغداد – إحدانا- ولكنها غير مكرمة مشدودة اليدين، ممزقة الثياب متيبسة الشفتين، مشدوهة ، غير مصدقة، إن الذي يجري، إنما دماؤها...تفيض في الشوارع وقرب النصب وتحت ظلال النخيل ...

اليوم قد يكون الصمت غضباً أكثر وقعاً مما نكتب لا سيما أن الإعلام المرئي والمسموع والمكتوب عاد إلى حوار الاتجاه الواحد، والصوت المهيمن، وعاد الأحرار يتلاعبون بالمفردات، ويهرّبون من بين السطور ما يمكن أن يهرّب، أما من يصدح خارج السرب فنحسبه مستهتراً يستخف بحياته، وتسبق أغلال العسس كلمته، فتخشى المؤسسات الإعلامية الأحرار كما تخشاهم أجهزة الأمن والشرطة والقوات العسكرية متعددة الجنسيات المتحالفة ضد مشاريعنا الوطنية في الحرية والديمقراطية والعدالة وأحلام "الوطن السعيد لشعب سعيد".

أيها المحتفيات بنا

إن إحدانا وهي كلشان البياتي العضوة في نقابتنا الموقرة تقبع هذه اللحظة خلف قضبان الاعتقال .... هل نجرؤ معاً أن نطالب بإطلاق سراحها ونتحرك من منطلقات حرية التعبير والرأي، حرية الخيار وحرية المرأة في أن تحصن من منطلقات حقوقها والامتيازات التي يجب أن يقرها لها الدستور والقانون والدولة والمجتمع لما تملكه من خاصية بيولوجية جعلها المعنية كجنس في الحفاظ على إدامة النسل البشري إنتاجا ونوعاً، نشأة وتربية، فكراً وعافية .

هل تطالبون معي :

بأن المهنية فوق الاعتبارات السياسية وبالتالي فلا يجوز اعتقال الإعلامي على أية خلفية سياسية أو فكرية أو عقائدية.

وهل تطالبون معي بإقرار المبدأ القانوني الذي يمنع أو لا يجيز اعتقال المرأة احتراماً لنوعها والقيم الاجتماعية المحتفية بهذا الدور، وتقديراً لأدوارها الإنسانية المتعددة كمنجبة وأم وزوجة وعاملة، وهي الأدوار التي خصها نوع جنسها بأن تناط بها! أليس الأجدى بنا أن نخصها بموقف قانوني يكافئ أدوارها ويقر بها كأدوار حيوية بدونها تتوقف الحياة:

إذن طالبوا معي أن نقر قانوناً عدم جواز اعتقال المرأة أو التحقيق معها في أقبية مراكز الشرطة والمعتقلات، وعدم جواز توقيفها قيد التحقيق إلا بعد إثبات تهمة جنائية (كالقتل أو السرقة وما إلى ذلك...)

إذن طالبوا معي

بإطلاق سراح – إحدانا- وهي كلشان البياتي ، لأنها أولا امرأة خلاقة، ولأنها ثانياً كاتبة وصحفية، ولأنها ثالثاً قاصة مبدعة.

ولنتذكر معاً:

إن رابطتنا قامت من اجل تفعيل مفهوم الحرية وحرية التعبير على مستوى المجتمع وعلى مستوى العمل الإعلامي بقدر ما المرأة الصحافية صاحبة مشروع مميز في تطوير العمل النقابي- المهني مفهوماً، وآلية، هدفاً ووسيلة ...

Hana Ibrahim a co founder of Iraqi women Journalist League, delivered a speech at the League's meeting warning the organisation against getting close to politicians and officials, for the sake of maintaining independnece and standards of professionalism. Hana spoke in the presence of the minister for women affairs in the puppet government. She reminded the attendees that while they were there celebrating this meeting Golshan Al Bayaty was illegally held in the custody of the Iraqi security forces. Hana demanded the immediate release of Golshan.

في رمضان الكريم فلتصم فرق الموت عن دمائنا

كفانا نلعق دماء أبنائنا لقد شبع الموت من أجسادنا وإذا ما جعل الله تعالى في المرأة سرا من أسرار الخلق، وانبت في أحشائها ثمرة الإنسان،فإنها تستحلفكم بصاحب الخلق أن تردوا للإسلام إسلامه، وتجتهدوا في كف يد فرق الموت عن القتل الحرام، وادعوهم إلى الصوم عن دماء العراقيين وليستحوا في حضور رمضان الكريم الذي يدق أبوابنا حزيناً لإحزاننا.

يا علماء المسلمين شيعة وسنة وساسة وزعماء مذاهب

لقد وحد الله تعالى البشرية بالإسلام، ووحد المسلمين بالفرائض الخمس ليتعظوا ويعظوا، فما بالكم تعجزون عن التوحد بالتنوع، وتتركون للمحتل أن يزرع الفتنة بينكم والفتنة اشد من القتل!!

نحن نساء العراق وأمهات الدم المهدور، نقول لكم أن المصلين قبل الجوامع والحسينيات ، والمحكوم قبل كراسي الحكم وبراميل النفط ، والإنسان قبل السيد، ولا سيد إلا الله، وقبل أي سلطان والسلطان لله.

نحن أمهات الدم العراقي المهدور لقد صمنا عن الجوع والضيم والقهر وأعطيناكم الحياة، فلا تنتزعوها من أحشائنا...

دعوا لأبنائنا الحياة حتى يصلوا بين أحضاننا، ويصوموا رمضان تحت أجنحتنا، ويفطروا على حليبنا والتمر. لعلكم تتعظون فتعظوا

In the Holy moth of Ramadan Abstain from spilling our blood

During the holy month of Ramadan, abstain from spilling our blood! Women Will Association has issued a statement calling on the death squads to stop disgracing Islam with their heinous crimes. WWA also calls on all Iraqi politicians and religious leaders to stop this endless cycle of killing which devouring our youths.

Islam came to unite the people and give them a dignified life, so why are you dishonouring it with your deeds?

We the women and mothers of Iraq, tell you value the welfare of the worshipers before the mosques. Put the lives of the people before the positions of power and oil barrels.

Put the welfare of the ordinary Iraqi citizen before his master. According to Islam, god is the only master.

We have had enough of your divisive mottos and political games that feed civil strife. Kill it, kill sectarianism and divisiveness in order to put an end to the evil deeds.

كفوا عن اعتقال كلشان البياتي

بعد إطلاق سراح كلشان البياتي في منتصف أيلول أعادت شرطة تكريت اعتقالها مرة أخرى ولم يمض على إطلاق سراحها بتعهد سوى أيام معدودات .

أطلقوا سراحها فوراً للأسباب التي ذكرناها في بياننا السابق وحيث جاء فيه:

إن هيأة إرادة المرأة تصر على أن تلتزم القوانين العراقية بجميع المكتسبات التي حققت للمرأة عبر نضالها الطويل أو التي يجب أن تتحقق لها في عملية النضال اللاحق، وتأسيسا على ذلك تصر الهيأة على عدم جواز اعتقال المرأة تحت أي ذريعة، والتحقيق معها داخل أقبية مراكز التحقيق انطلاقاً من المكرمة التي وهبها الله لها كونها الجنس الذي يحفظ النوع البشري والصدر الذي يرضع والجناح الذي يحمي والقلب الخافق الذي يحب ويدعم مفاهيم التنمية فإنها أم النسل البشري أرقى إنتاج على الأرض كما تصر هيأتنا على عدم جواز اعتقال المواطن العراقي رجلاً كان أم امرأة تحت ذريعة أية تهمة سياسية أو فكرية أو عقائدية، انطلاقاً من جوهر مرتكزات وقواعد حقوق الإنسان التي جاء الاحتلال إلى بلدنا يتغنى بها ...أطلقوا سراح كلشان البياتي ، إنها امرأة أولا ، ولأنها صاحبة رأي ثانياً، ولأنها مبدعة ثالثاً.

أطلقوا سراح كلشان البياتي

اعتقلت الشرطة العراقية الكاتبة والصحافية كلشان البياتي في الحادي عشر من ايلول الجاري من داخل بيتها في مدينة تكريت مركز محافظة صلاح الدين .

بغض النظر عن اسباب الاعتقال فإن كلشان البياتي أبت إلا أن تعلن عن مواقفها ضد الاحتلال بالانحياز الى وطنها العراق، دون خشية أو وجل ورفضت الكتابة من خلف ستار الاسم المستعار إنها ناشطة وطنية لم تتهاون في اعلان صوتها الصريح مطالبة بخروج الاحتلال. وفي الوقت الذي كانت تكابد هذه المرأة الصلبة وهي تبحث عن اخيها نجف البياتي الذي اختطفته أيدي مجهولة منذ خمسين يوما نسمع نبأ اعتقالها وهي المعيلة لاسرتها وأسرة أخيها.

أطلقوا سراح كلشان البياتي

أولاً- احتراما لمبدأ حرية التعبير عن الرأي

وثانياً- لأنها ناشطة وطنية ووسيلتها الكلمة.

وثالثاً- لأنها امرأة لا يجوز اعتقالها إلا بتهمة جنائية وبعد أن تثبت التهمة الجنائية ضدها.

Leave our country so that Saba can heal …and begin dreaming of the future again.

Terror has wiped out Saba’s memory.

Except the last memory she has of her mother’s face, just before she was killed, of her father, just before he was killed and her little brother’s last touch as he lay dying, covering her in his blood.

This was the final scene a few months ago in the town of Haditha.

Saba’s aunt at her home, caring for her ailing mother, and then angry US marine bullets raining death on her entire family.

The raid on Saba’s house was a vengeful retaliation for an operation that had been carried out against an American transport carrier on the 19th November 2005.

Saba has been sick ever since.

Her only brother, who was as old as the occupation itself, died before her eyes. Saba lost her childhood the minute the occupation army murdered her entire family. She closed her eyes as a US marine approached her.

Her voice silenced ever since, apart from her little secret … “I survived because I hid in my brother’s blood”

In this, the fourth year of occupation, Saba is silent about her tragedy…searching for her brother so she can light four candles, for his birthday.

She cries, but she hides her tears. She does not dream at night, she says she cannot dream.

In the name of Saba Younis, a ten year old child from Haditha...in the name of Mohamed Younis who was murdered before he could celebrate his fourth birthday, in the name of Aida, an Iraqi mother, who left Saba for others to take care of ,… in the name of Sabas’ four sisters, Seba, Noor, Aisha and Zainab who have left their sister alone in the world against their will…and in our name, the mothers of Iraq who will take care of Saba …

pull your soldiers out of Iraq unconditionally. Let your soldiers rebel against their leaders - who are killing our children in cold blood and killing your children in colder blood.

They hide behind their cowardly smiles. Let your people leave Iraq so that Saba can heal and begin to dream again of the future, otherwise she can never forget or forgive.

A statement from WWA on the bombing of the Askariya Holy shrine

On the eve of the 'International Day for Women', women around the world reaffirm their commitment to equality peace and justice. Iraqi woman vows not to fall behind in her role for ridding her country from the hated occupation and bringing freedom to her homeland.

She finds herself under siege, not only by the slaughter of the occupiers’ bombs, by all the horrors and predicament of war and occupation that have brought about a major set back and hindrance of her cause but also by the prospect of spilled blood in an ominous civil strife, in which her daily harvest is nothing but one atrocity after another.

All the evidence that has come to light about the recent atrocities and violence point to the occupiers and their stooges as the party responsible for attempting to ignite sectarian violence.

They are the planners behind the bombing of the holy places in Samarra, the attacks on all the mosques from Baghdad to Basra. We say this, as we have said it before, when our churches and places of worship were attacked since the arrival of the invaders.

Let us not forget the real enemy of the Iraqi people; those who have mounted a dirty warfare on our country using the most lethal and deadly weapons, those who have violated the sovereignty of Iraq by their invasion, those who have plundered and are plundering our resources, polluting our land, our skies and our rivers, those who are trying to subjugate our people in every way possible.

Would it be difficult for them to desecrate and destroy our sacred spaces?

The ghost of civil strife is hovering over us as yet another tool for the occupiers and their mercenaries.

We say it once more: Let the passion of the Iraqi mothers’ hearts be your guiding light. Do not allow yourselves to be lost in the wilderness of ignorance, fear, revenge and hatred. Do not allow your conscience to be drowned in the pools of blood, as Iraq will be drowning with you.

This Is The Blood Of Our Children. Stop The Killing

For many decades now greedy thieves and criminal tyrants have coveted your land and resources. You are destined to suffer the world war mongers and local dirty politicians, manipulating our natural ethnic and faith lives to divide and rule. They scramble amongst themselves for the ill-gotten spoils in the service of the occupiers, at cost of the spilled blood of our children and the ruins of our holy places.
Your dignity, honour and wisdom must be in refusal to play this criminal game. Cherish the life of the children born of you and the agony of the mothers giving birth to you, and let motherhood and childhood innocence awaken consciences and guide you to upholding all our human values. Being united in our Iraqi-ness means being united in our endeavours to live, all of us, in freedom and dignity, and at peace with ourselves and our neighbours.
Those who gamble with our lives and future through this game put their despicable short sighted political interests before those of the country and human life. Let us reject those who ill-trade in our children’s future. Let us reject the killers of the Shia, the Sunni, the Kurds the Turcoman, and all the richness of our identities. All murderers at the end of the day serve the interests of the hated occupiers and their stooges.
We must act to heal the divisions, and thwart civil strife with our vigilance and unity. Let us reject the occupiers’ policies of sectarian quotas that strip us of our human identity and reduce us to meaningless numbers. We are all Iraqis; we all belong to the human race.
International Women’s Day is upon us; let us renew our determination, to reclaim our destiny and future for the sake of our children. Our journey is hard, our path is rugged, we are facing difficult times, but only when we eject the occupiers and reject their plans will this nightmare ever come to an end.
Let us not lose hope. History has shown us many examples of nations rising from the ashes and ruins of war to reclaim their freedom and dignity in life.

To All The Soldiers In The Occupation Armies- LEAVE! 8th March 2006

Women’s Will Association’s statement on 8th March 2006 directed at the occupation soldiers:
LEAVE!
To all men and women who came to Iraq as soldiers in the invading and occupying armies.

You are here carrying out the orders of the Bush administration. This is the very same administration that has lied and misled the world, more than three years ago in order to invade a country that posed no danger to its neighbours let alone the
US. All their distortions against Iraq have proven to be mere fabrications. This is a war that does not benefit your countries.

These untruths and inventions continue today, in order that you continue to be a party in their project of death and destruction in Iraq. Bush continues to urge Congress to pay more for his deadly endeavours. This is proof if one is needed that he has no intention to end this mission, he took you on this reckless and endless adventure for the benefit of his cronies, a handful of greedy war merchants and fat cats.
He is willing to sacrifice you, with the shadow of death constantly hovering over your heads for as long as he and his cronies wish. You are the losers of this war, whether you kill or are killed. But the cruel waiting game while you are within death’s reach, is even worse, for your wives, families and loved ones, whether you escape alive from this quagmire or not.
The culture of war is a culture of death and destruction. Bush and the war mongers would like to take you down this road right till the end. In this culture, your lives and ours are worthless, as opposed the billions to be received by the greedy multi national companies
They are taking you to the abyss; they would not care if you are left with broken lives and lost dreams. They would not care either if Iraqis have to live their lives amongst the ruins for generations to come.
Leave our country, we ask you in the name of the suffering Iraqi women, who have endured 8 years of a war on Iran and 13 gruelling years of the harsh economic siege followed by war, invasion and occupation.
Their suffering has increased many folds as their country is being occupied, their resources are being plundered, their security and stability confiscated. And now they are being drowned in the blood of the civil strife game, that happens to serve the occupiers' plans.
In the name of Iraqi women, mothers and wives, scientists and workers, sacrificed or enduring life in
Iraq.
We all call on you to abandon your weapons and leave our country as soon as possible, while you still can.
Go back to your country, to the bosoms of your family and loved ones, before they are enveloped with pain and grief. Go back to all who are counting the minutes for your return, go back beyond the ocean, to your own land where you will find your national and personal security, there amidst the warmth and joy of your loved ones.
War is a lost cause, it is the cause of Cheney, Ramsfeld, Rice, Bush and their cronies. Peace is the cause of the people who value human life, in a civilisation based on justice.
Leave Now! The quagmire of war with its dirty and bloody waters is drowning you and drowning us. Leave now, go back home to your loved ones, to the women in your lives. Do it, while there is still a way!
